At Hanz Hub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, here's how our return and refund process works:
- Please note that all sales are final for customers who use promotion codes at checkout. Unfortunately, items purchased with a promotion code are not eligible for return or exchange. If you have any questions before placing your order, feel free to reach out!
- Return Period: We accept returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 48 HOURS of the date of delivery. Please ensure that all tags remain attached to the garments.
- Quality Check: Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we'll perform a quality check. Refunds will be processed after the check is complete.
- How to Request a Return or Exchange: Simply send an email to support@hanzhub.com with your return or exchange request.
- Processing Time: Your return or exchange will typically be processed within 2 days of your request. You'll receive a Return Notification email once the return is completed.
- Refund Timing: Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited to your original form of payment after the return has been received in our warehouse.
- For COD Orders: Please include your UPI ID along with the return request to facilitate the refund process.
